The Royal Family of PugNation

My family is obsessed with Pugs.  We treat them like family members....buying them gifts at Christmas, celebrating their birthdays, and making them scrambled eggs and chicken broth when their bellies hurt.

This blog would mean nothing without their squishy wet faces running the households of my family members.  A proper introduction is in order...SO..without further ado please allow me to introduce the Royal Family of PugNation.

Queen Rudi

Age:  8

Nicknames:  Rudigers, Fluffy Friend, and H.B.I.C.

Fun Fact:  Rudi likes to wait until her food is stale before eating it.

Silly Habit:  Will bury herself in the warm laundry right out of the dryer.

Rudi's Quick BIO

Rudi was the pug who started it all.  She is my childhood dog and belongs to my parents.  From the moment we brought her home my family held pugs to a higher standard.  She is true beauty...pleasantly plump in every way.  Rudi enjoys grilled chicken slices, hot tea, and perching herself on top of the couch.

Prince Tressel

Age: 2
Nicknames:  Tress Money, De Bugs, Buggerboo, and  Jimmy T.
Fun Fact:  Once ate a "LiveStrong" band and it came out in tact.
Silly Habit:  Loves to watch T.V. and bark at pet commercials. 


Tressel's Quick Bio
Tressel is not only my first pug but he is my first child.  My husband Abate and I bought him before we were married.  He is named after Jim Tressel (the hubby is from Columbus).  Tressel enjoys waking people up before 6AM, Trader Joes dogtreats, and sleeping in hotels.


Prince Grady

Age: 1

Nicknames:  Grandpa Grades, De Mans, and The Dark Knight

Fun Fact:  Uses Tressel as a pillow when he sleeps.

Silly Habit:  Will kiss you on demand...and won't stop!

Grady's Quick Bio

Grady is our only black pug (so far) and belongs to my sister Ronni.  Grady currently lives with Abate and I since his barking was too sassy for Ronni's apartment. Grady is named after the baseball player Grady Sizemore (GO TRIBE!). Grady enjoys long kisses, sleeping, and chasing bunny rabbits out of my backyard.
